Axis privacy
Axis Privacy Notice
Effective July 29, 2026. This notice describes the current Axis product, including its authenticated cross-device, market-data, connection, and realtime Audio surfaces.
1. Scope and operator
This notice applies to Axis on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and web. Axis is operated by Nomad Maraud LLC. It explains information handled when you create an account, use market-intelligence features, speak with Audio, connect a data or brokerage provider, or contact support.
2. Account and tenant information
We process identifiers such as your name, email address, account ID, organization or tenant ID, plan, entitlements, authentication state, and device or installation identifiers. WorkOS handles authentication. Account-bound product state is separated by user and tenant authority.
3. Product content and preferences
We process the content you choose to create or save, including watchlists, chart specifications, indicators, drawings, viewport and layout state, alerts, searches, research requests, selected sources, paper orders, journals, strategy settings, and command receipts. This information provides cross-device continuity and personalization.
4. Voice and Audio
When you enable the microphone, live audio is transmitted to our realtime voice infrastructure and model provider to service the conversation. Axis does not record LiveKit rooms as a product feature. Text transcripts, tool commands, and execution receipts may be processed or retained to show the conversation, perform requested actions, meter usage, provide support, and improve reliability. You can use charts, watchlists, and research without microphone access.
5. Financial and provider information
If you connect a market-data, brokerage, exchange, or wallet provider, Axis may process provider account metadata, permissions, balances, positions, orders, trades, and market-data entitlements. Credentials entered in the connection flow are stored using the platform's encrypted secrets system and are not intended for support messages. Axis does not custody funds.
6. Purchases and entitlements
We process purchase and subscription status, plan entitlements, usage, and credit or quota records. Apple processes App Store payment details; Stripe processes eligible website billing. Nomad Maraud LLC does not need raw payment-card details to project an entitlement onto your Axis account.
7. Usage, diagnostics, and security
We process product interactions, request metadata, feature usage, error and diagnostic information, IP-derived security signals, and audit receipts to authenticate users, prevent abuse, operate the service, troubleshoot incidents, measure reliability, and support customers. We do not use this information for cross-app advertising tracking.
8. Service providers
We use service providers for authentication, cloud and database hosting, realtime media, AI processing, payments, market data, connected-provider workflows, email, and operational security. Their processing is limited by the enabled feature, our agreements, and their own applicable terms. Connecting an external provider also subjects that connection to the provider's terms and privacy practices.
9. Retention and controls
Retention depends on the record and why it is needed. Active account state remains available for continuity; credentials remain until revoked or disconnected; billing, security, audit, and transaction records may remain longer where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or law. You may request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to legal and security obligations.
10. Tracking and advertising
Axis does not sell personal information, share it with data brokers, or link Axis activity with third-party data for targeted advertising. The native app declares no tracking domains and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.
11. Market and AI limitations
Market data and AI output may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Paper simulation is hypothetical. These limitations do not change our obligation to protect account information, but they are important when deciding what information or credentials to connect and whether to rely on an output.
