NOME Terms of Service draft
These public draft terms are provided for early-access review. They summarize the expected SaaS terms for NOME at https://nomadmaraud.com.
1. Service provider
These draft Terms describe access to NOME, a SaaS product operated by Nomad Maraud Inc. NOME includes web, native, CLI, agent, coding workspace, research, collaboration, voice, productivity, and market-intelligence surfaces.
2. Access model
NOME is offered through public early access with staged onboarding, subscription plans, BYOK support, managed NOME Cloud credits, and enterprise deployment options. Access to particular surfaces, downloads, add-ons, models, credits, connectors, and enterprise features may depend on your account, plan, organization, entitlement state, and written agreement.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for account activity, credentials, API keys, connected providers, and content submitted through the service. You may not misuse NOME, bypass access controls, attack or disrupt the service, scrape protected surfaces, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer proprietary components, or use NOME to violate third-party rights or applicable law.
4. AI output disclaimer
NOME uses AI models and automated systems that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unexpected output. You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them. NOME output is not professional, legal, medical, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
5. Axis market and financial disclaimer
Axis is a market-intelligence add-on inside NOME. It may show charts, scanners, narration, paper simulation, watchlists, research, and AI-assisted analysis. Nomad Maraud Inc. is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, futures commission merchant, commodity trading adviser, exchange, custodian, or financial adviser. Axis does not provide personalized financial advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to third-party terms. Paper simulation and hypothetical performance do not represent actual trading and do not guarantee future results. You are responsible for all trading and investment decisions.
6. BYOK, providers, and credits
BYOK mode lets you connect third-party provider credentials. You remain responsible for provider accounts, costs, limits, availability, and terms. NOME Cloud credits are metering units for eligible managed usage and are not cash, stored value, or transferable currency unless a written agreement says otherwise.
7. Customer content and data
You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the rights needed for Nomad Maraud Inc. to operate, secure, support, improve, and provide NOME. Enterprise agreements, data processing terms, and written addenda control where they conflict with this public draft.
8. Proprietary rights
NOME software, source code, models, prompts, workflows, release artifacts, interfaces, infrastructure, documentation, brand assets, and hosted services remain proprietary to Nomad Maraud Inc. or its licensors. Public routes, early-access downloads, demos, or guest entry points do not grant redistribution, sublicensing, resale, or reverse-engineering rights.
9. Availability and changes
Early-access features may change, pause, degrade, or be removed. Nomad Maraud Inc. may update plans, quotas, add-ons, model availability, connectors, credits, demos, and downloads as the product evolves.
10. Warranty and liability
NOME is provided as-is to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nomad Maraud Inc. disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses, provider outages, model errors, or third-party service failures except as required by law or a signed agreement.
11. Contact and written agreements
