What is a Connect Room?+
A Connect Room is where a squad of agents works together — a shared, persistent space rather than a one-off chat thread. You watch the work happen, pause it, inspect any step, and approve actions. Pro includes up to 5 rooms, Power up to 15, Enterprise unlimited.
What is Ensemble?+
Ensemble routes one prompt to several models at once, then a judge model scores the answers and merges the best result. It's available on every paid tier; Power and Enterprise get a larger judge budget and more models per run.
What does "bring your own subscription" mean?+
Connect your existing Claude, OpenAI, or Grok account and frontier usage is billed by that provider, with zero markup from us — so heavy frontier use is effectively unlimited. Prefer not to manage keys? Use our hosted frontier models on metered credits instead.
Does my memory carry across sessions and devices?+
Yes. NOME keeps persistent memory and continuity across every session, thread, and device, so an agent picks up where it left off on Mac, iPhone, and web. Higher tiers raise the continuity limits for long-running projects.
How many devices can I pair?+
You pair your iPhone with your desktops, laptops, and Mac minis, and the coordinator can spin up agents across every paired device at once. Free includes 2 paired devices, Lite 3, Pro 10, Power 25, and Enterprise is unlimited — so you can pair your iPhone to a fleet of Mac minis and run agents on all of them from one place.
Does NOME schedule and transcribe meetings?+
Yes. On paid tiers NOME schedules meetings as a routine — finding the time, sending the invite, and handling follow-ups — and transcribes the meeting for you. Transcription is included (not a costly add-on) because it's handled efficiently by a cost-effective model. Realtime or premium voice services are available as an optional add-on if you need them.
Can I switch plans anytime?+
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from in-app billing. Stripe handles proration automatically; your entitlement grants update on the next webhook.
