NOME Privacy Notice draft
This public draft is intended to help early-access reviewers understand the privacy posture for NOME at https://nomadmaraud.com.
1. Scope
This draft Privacy Notice describes how Nomad Maraud Inc. expects to handle information for NOME, including the public website, SaaS app, early-access onboarding, downloads, support, demos, docs, and related product surfaces.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account information, contact details, organization details, authentication state, billing linkage, plan and entitlement data, support messages, product settings, connected-provider metadata, logs, device and browser details, and content you submit to NOME workflows.
3. Product content and AI workflows
NOME workflows may process chats, prompts, code, files, research notes, voice inputs, transcripts, market-intelligence requests, connector content, and generated outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete, and you should not submit sensitive content unless your account, agreement, and enabled controls allow it.
4. BYOK and third-party providers
If you use BYOK or connect third-party services, your use may involve provider APIs such as model providers, identity providers, collaboration tools, market-data vendors, broker/data integrations, or payment processors. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
5. How we use information
We use information to provide, secure, meter, troubleshoot, support, improve, and personalize NOME; manage early access; process subscriptions and credits; enforce entitlements and policy; communicate with you; and meet legal, security, accounting, and compliance obligations.
6. Axis market-intelligence data
Axis is a market-intelligence add-on inside NOME. It may process watchlists, chart settings, paper-simulation events, market research, scanner inputs, narration preferences, and broker or data-provider metadata when you enable those workflows. Axis is not a broker or financial adviser, and market data may be subject to third-party vendor rules.
7. Security and tenant boundaries
NOME is designed around account, tenant, organization, entitlement, and policy boundaries. We use operational safeguards such as authentication, access controls, audit trails, secrets handling, and deployment controls, but no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
8. Retention
Retention depends on the data type, account status, product surface, legal requirement, and written agreement. Some logs, receipts, audit trails, billing records, and security records may be retained longer than active product content where needed for compliance, support, safety, or dispute resolution.
9. Sharing
We may share information with vendors and processors that help operate NOME, including cloud infrastructure, model providers, identity, payment, analytics, support, communications, market-data, and security providers. We may also share information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction.
10. Enterprise controls
Enterprise customers may receive additional terms for SSO, SCIM, audit logs, retention, BYOK, data processing, deployment review, private routing, and support. Signed agreements control if they conflict with this public draft.
11. Your choices
You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, export, or account support. Some requests may be limited by security, legal, billing, audit, backup, or enterprise-administrator obligations.
