Add a key in Settings → Models → Bring your own subscription. You can switch back to hosted models at any time, and your memory and threads stay exactly where they are.
Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. Every charge, invoice, and receipt lives in the in-app billing dashboard — open Settings → Billing to download a PDF receipt or update your card. Upgrades and downgrades prorate automatically; you are never charged a surprise overage.
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time from Settings → Billing. Changes take effect immediately and Stripe prorates the difference. Add-ons such as Axis have their own quotas and can be managed independently of your core plan.
Sign-in is handled by WorkOS. If you are locked out, use the email-recovery flow on the sign-in screen. Your conversations, code, and agent work are preserved with persistent memory — nothing ages out. Enterprise customers can request audit-log and data exports.
Confirm the key is saved under Settings → Models → Bring your own subscription and that the provider is selected as your default. A key with insufficient quota on the provider's side will silently fall back to hosted models; check your provider dashboard.
Settings → Billing → Invoices. Each line has a Download button that produces a PDF receipt suitable for expenses. You can also have receipts emailed automatically.
Recent threads stay warm and load instantly; older threads rehydrate from cold storage on first open, which can take a moment. If a thread looks empty after a few seconds, reach out in-app and reference the thread and we'll investigate.
No. NOME (and the Axis add-on) are software tools. You link your own brokerage account through a supported provider; we never custody funds, never mirror trades, and never give personalized financial advice. Every live order has a final approval step you control.
