Sign-in and cross-device state
Axis uses WorkOS for account authentication. Your watchlists, chart specifications, drawings, indicators, layouts, alerts, and entitlements belong to the authenticated account and tenant. If two devices disagree, sign out only after saving current chart work, then sign back in with the same account and include both device types in your support message.
Audio and microphone access
Open Audio, allow microphone access, then use Talk for live conversation. Sound controls the desk output; Markets and Trades filter narration context. If Audio disconnects, close and reopen the Audio surface and include the displayed status in your report. Axis does not require microphone access for charts, watchlists, or research.
Market data and broker connections
Connection availability depends on the provider, account permissions, exchange agreements, and market-data entitlement. A connected provider does not guarantee every asset class or real-time feed. Never email private keys, API secrets, brokerage passwords, or recovery codes. Use only the encrypted in-app connection flow.
Paper simulation and live routing
Paper trades are simulations and can differ from executable market fills. Live routing, when a provider supports it, remains separately permissioned and must never be inferred from a paper connection. Axis is software, not a broker-dealer or investment adviser.
Plans, purchases, and restoration
Website subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Axis App Store builds do not send users to Stripe to unlock digital app features. When Apple subscriptions are offered, purchase, restore, and manage them through Apple. Existing eligible multiplatform access is projected onto the same Axis account after sign-in.
Report a product issue
Include the device, operating-system version, symbol, timeframe, pane name, displayed data status, and approximate time. Do not include credentials or account secrets. We use these details to locate the matching request and state receipt.
